Sales/Customer Development Executive

We are looking for a reasonably experienced Sales/Customer Development Executive to join the Napkin Labs team here in beautiful Boulder, CO. This position will be responsible for generating new sales leads and closing new deals focused on enterprise customers. You will work with the Marketing and Product teams to help inform customers’ needs and constantly refine our messaging and offerings for customers.

  • What We Want

    • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, Technology or other related fields
    • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in SaaS & Enterprise software sales; 3-7 years preferred.
    • Strong track record of enterprise sales experience, from generating leads, cold and qualified sales outreach, and closing deals.
    • Great writing skills and ability to clearly communicate software features, benefits, and best practices
    • Experience with social media marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices, particularly in Facebook
    • Self-driven and organized, especially within a CRM system
    • Ability to work independently with customers and collaborate with outside parties.
    • Willingness to work outside of your core role, teach others, and help with company strategy
    • Advertising agency experience preferred

    Your Responsibilities

    • Quickly develop a deep understanding of Napkin Labs’ business and value proposition to help subscribers experience the value.
    • Work with the sales and marketing team to develop lead gen/inbound and outbound sales and marketing plans;
    • Identify clients’ needs & work with marketing to generate recurring campaign ideas
    • Understand customer and prospect concerns to help improve marketing and product
    • Complete understanding of product/service pricing
    • Accountable for personal and team’s sales goals through Salesforce
    • Willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 30%)
