Social Media Strategist / Account Manager

What we want
- • Quickly understand Napkin Labs’ business and products and share best practices with customers
- • Identify customer needs & provide solutions to help customers get the most out of our products and maximize retention
- • Create tutorials, customer outreach for one-on-one coaching, and content development for our education resources (blogs, media, knowledge center, etc.)
- • Track subscriber retention rates and report to the executive team with a focus on opportunities for improvement
- • Research new strategies and tactics to inform our product development pipeline and to coach customers
- • Willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 10%)
- • Desire to learn skills outside your core responsibilities

Nice-to-have skills
- • Experience with social media marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices, particularly in Facebook
- • Ability to work independently with customers and collaborate with partners, vendors, and more

Education & Experience
- • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Technology or other related fields
- • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or innovation; 3-7 years preferred
- • Advertising agency experience preferred
